How COOL BLEPH Works
At the core of COOL BLEPH is the Cool Laser (Dermablate Er: YAG), designed to deliver fractional thermal energy at precise depths. The laser gently removes microscopic layers of skin while promoting natural collagen renewal beneath the surface. Because of its low heat diffusion, post-inflammatory pigmentation is less likely to occur, ensuring safe, consistent results for all skin types.
According to an Erbium YAG Laser study, visible wrinkle reduction usually appears soon after skin regeneration and continues to improve progressively for up to six months following treatment.
Step 1: VarioSpot Precision
The treatment starts with the VarioSpot 4mm handpiece, which delivers consistent energy across the upper and lower eyelids. This first pass tightens the skin and prepares it for improved collagen activation. Energy is applied evenly with minimal overlap to ensure consistent results while maintaining patient comfort.
Step 2: MicroSpot Refinement
The MicroSpot system applies fractional energy to the entire periocular area, including the orbital borders, to soften and smooth transitions. Depending on the selected version, different pulse durations and energy levels are used.
