360° Skin Cooling
The MeDioStar® Monolith handpieces have been completely developed to produce a more ergonomic, lighter, and stronger handpiece. More flexible cable allows the handpiece to be manoeuvred more easily without resistance.
Efficient epidermis cooling is achieved through the 360° contact skin cooling system which protects the skin from burns and enables treatment in any direction. Asclepion’s TAPER technology evenly distributes energy over the entire spot to prevent the formation of hot spots.
With maximum reliability thanks to the sapphire tip which provides optimal protection of the fibre bundle. Quickly transition between treatment methods with the newly designed two-handpiece port system.

Treatment applications
On same handpieces the dual wavelength 810nm - 940nm wavelengths can treat:
Acne , skin brightening, and skin tightening
With the vascular handpiece add on at 940nm treatments include for reticular leg veins and telangiectasias, broken capillaries of the body and face.
Standard hair removal treatments from basic handpiece, add on treatments require separate handpieces that are purchased individually. (Example NIR - 1300nm for skin tightening). A vascular or acne treatment handpiece is unavailable.
Shot count
Handpiece is capble of a 60 million + shot count before a refurbishment may be required.
10-15 million shot count with a large cost to refurbist each handpiece.
Treatment time
Powerline L handpiece can treat full body hair removal in as little as 40 minutes for skin types 1-6.
3D handpiece 4cm2 takes up to 1.5 hours for skin types 1-3 and 2hours + for skin types 4-6.
