Sarah is the best trainer she managed to train is at DAO Derma Skin clinic in egypt and Qatar to get the best out of Asclepion devices and me personally as Trainer for middle east i usually find her support and enthusiasm to give me all what i need all the time . Because of her Asclepion devices is the most commonly used devices @ our clinic

We've been using the Dermablate platform for skin resurfacing and have been really impressed from the start. The training was excellent: thorough, practical and tailored to our clinic, so we felt confident using the device from day one.
What stands out most is the ongoing support. Clinical guidance is always available when we need it, and on the rare occasions we've needed technical help, it has been actioned quickly and efficiently. The device itself has been consistently reliable, which matters hugely in a busy clinic.
It's a pleasure working with a team that is genuinely invested in our success and in the results we achieve for our patients. We'd highly recommend them.

We have been extremely impressed with the Cool Laser technology from Asclepion Laser Technologies since introducing it into our clinic. It is an incredibly versatile laser, delivering excellent clinical results with a great safety profile. The device itself has also proven to be extremely reliable.
What has particularly stood out, however, is the exceptional training and clinical support. Sarah has provided excellent training and ongoing clinical guidance, while Rupert has also been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout.
Overall, we have been very impressed with both the technology and the team behind it. Highly recommended.

These machines suffer from a critical structural defect causing persistent "Error 3914," which renders them completely unusable. Instead of standing behind their product and resolving the issue through a necessary replacement, Asclepion has shirked its responsibility entirely. I am now left with two unusable devices and substantial financial loss. This company lacks accountability and basic customer support for its premium equipment.

We have had an excellent experience with Asclepion UK. Their laser platforms are of outstanding quality, backed up by genuine integrity in how they handle business. The support I received from Rupert and the team has been exemplary. Sarah's advanced training is the best in the UK. I would not hesitate to recommend Asclepion UK to anyone considering advanced laser equipment.

Asclepion Laser Technologies are what the UK Aesthetic field has been missing. Such a breath of fresh air from the start, straight talking and no nonsense. Their communication, support, training and technology is unbelievable. I'm so glad I found them, Rupert and Sarah have been brilliant. I purchased the Cool Laser in December and both myself and my patients can't get enough of it. It's so enjoyable to carry out the treatment, with the counter weighted arm and plume extractor as standard, and the results speak for themselves. Sarah their Clinical Educator delivers tailored training to meet your individual needs depending on where you are at in your career, allowing you to progress competently at your own pace.

Sarah came to our clinic to update our training and we were blown away! She was so knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. No question was left unanswered and no stone was left unturned.
Since having the advanced training we have been able to push parameters with confidence and support at the end of the phone, in turn giving us amazing results for our patients!
While doing the training we learnt a lot and had a laugh at the same time!

Sarah and Rupert are amazing, right from the get go. 100% the best laser company we have ever delt with, training is so in depth, on hand all the time for support, answering questions, nothing is too much trouble for them and I am hard work 😂
